DRS Renovations provides disaster recovery services in the event of water, mold, and fire damage, among others. These services include, but are not limited to, site inspection, determination of the scope of work, project management, and restoration work.

The client will provide DRS Renovations with access to the site to perform an initial inspection. Based on this inspection, DRS Renovations will provide an estimate, which includes the scope of work to be performed, a cost breakdown, and an estimated timeline for completion. The scope of work and cost breakdown will be detailed in writing and agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

DRS Renovations requires payment of a deposit before work begins, which may vary depending on the scope of work. The balance will be due upon completion and delivery of the invoice. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or check. If the client is working with an insurance company, DRS Renovations will work directly with them to review and process their claim if agreed upon.

DRS Renovations works with insurance companies, subject to the client's approval. If the client prefers, they can opt to handle the insurance claim process separately and pay DRS Renovations directly. However, they must provide written notice at the time they are hiring DRS Renovations to complete the work.

The client has the right to cancel the contract anytime before the completion of work. However, the client will be responsible for paying for any work that has been completed up to that point. DRS Renovations retains the right to cancel or terminate this agreement due to possible health or safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from completing the work.

DRS Renovations provides a warranty for the work performed, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the written contract between DRS Renovations and the client.

If a dispute arises between DRS Renovations and the client, we agree to engage in good faith to resolve the matter together. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where the work is completed.

DRS Renovations is not responsible for any damage to the client's property that occurs due to unforeseen circumstances or actions outside the scope of the contract. DRS Renovations is not responsible for any delay in delivery or performance of the work, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
